摘要
为了探索辛硫磷在不同土壤中的降解因素研究,设计室内的试验方案,施药一次,按时间的不同进行样品采集。同时建立了超高效液相色谱(UPLC)同时检测土壤中辛硫磷的方法。分别对贵州、广西、黑龙江三地土壤中的辛硫磷降解进行了研究。辛硫磷在土壤中的添加回收率为83.76%~100.51%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.56%~1.76%。探讨的土壤中主要因素有是否灭菌、含水率以及pH值。结果表明:土壤中有机质越多,微生物越多,含水率越多,pH值越大,辛硫磷在土壤中的降解越快。辛硫磷在土壤中的降解主要受pH值和有机质含量的影响。
In order to explore the factors of degradation of phoxim in different soils, test scheme of indoor was designed. Spraying time, samples were collected indifferent time. A method of determining phoxim in soil was developed by ultra- performance liquid chromatography- photodiode array detection. The degradation of phoxim in the soil of Guizhou, Hunan and Tianjin province were studied, respectively. The recovery of phoxim in the soil was 78.34% 103.60%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) for 3.15%-5.19%. Effects of soil no sterilization, soil microorganism, soil moisture and pH on degradation of phoxim were also studied. The result showed the higher organic matter, microorganism, pH, moisture content in phoxim's degradation in soil was mainly influenced soil, the faster speed of phoxim degrade in the soil.
