摘要 通过对我市手足口病病毒种类进行初步筛查鉴定,建立逆转录环介导等温扩增技术(RT-LAMP)的研究平台,以评价LAMP技术在手足口病病毒毒检测方面是否具有优越性。通过采集临床确诊病人的咽拭子比较RT-PCR、RT-LAMP三种检测方法来确定对于手足口病病毒最有优势的检测方法。RT-PCR检出阳性率为70%,RT-LAMP的检出阳性率为65%。RTLAMP方法用于手足口病病毒的检测准确可行,简单快速,值得在基层医院推广。 To screen and identify the isotype of virus related with Hand, Foot, and mouth disease, the reverse loop- mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP) research platform was built in order to evaluate the value of RT-LAMP. Throat swabs specimens with HFMD diagnosed by our hospital from 2011 to 2013 were selected. Virus was detected by using three methods : cytopathic effect ( CPE), RT-PCR and RT-LAMP. CPE was not be obvious, the positive rate was 70% by RT-PCR, and the positive rate was 65% by RT-LAMP. It was feasible and accurate to detect virus related with HFMD by RT-LAMP, and the method was rapid and convenient, it is worthy of spreading to clinical application in primary hospital.
