摘要
建立了HPLC法测定复配制剂60%乙·莠·滴丁酯悬乳剂中莠去津、乙草胺和2,4-滴丁酯含量,采用COSMOSIL C18不锈钢柱,以乙腈-水为流动相,在检测波长为235 nm下,对样品中莠去津、乙草胺和2,4-滴丁酯进行定量测定。实验表明,采用文中方法测定制剂中莠去津、乙草胺和2,4-滴丁酯含量的标准偏差为0.12、0.16和0.11;变异系数为0.58%、0.52%和1.08%;该方法的平均回收率为99.21%、99.60%和98.94%。
A method for determining the complex formulations by HPLC was established under the same conditions atrazine · acetochlor ·2,4-D butylate 60% SE emulsion droplets atrazine, acetochlor, and 2,4-D butylate content, using C_18 column stainless steel column with acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength of 235 nm, the sample of atrazine, acetochlor, and 2,4-D butylate quantitatively. Experiments showed that the use of this method for determining the standard deviation of the preparation of atrazine, acetochlor and 2,4-D butylate content were 0. 12, 0. 16 and 0. 11, the measurement results of coefficients of variation were 0. 58%, 0. 52% and 1.08% and experimental average recovery of the method were 99.21% , 99.60% and 98.94%.
