内标法广泛的应用于ICP-MS的定量分析中,选用合适的内标能有效地补偿一般的基体效应,同时监控和校正分析信号的短期和长期漂移,从而提高分析结果的准确度。本文综述了内标法在ICP-MS分析中的注意事项,具体包括选择内标的原则、内标的加入方式、内标的监控。

Internal standard method is widely applied in quantitative analysis by ICP- MS, matrix effects are compensated effectively by selecting appropriate internal standard, meanwhile, the short and long term drift acre monitored and corrected, accuracy of analytical result is improved. Points for attention in analyzing by internal standard method were summarized, including principle of choosing internal standard, the method of adding internal standard and monitor of internal standard.
