摘要
立体化学知识在有机化学学习中既是重点又是难点之一。许多有机分子都有三维立体结构,立体结构包括构型和构象。立体化学中构型标记、构型表达式及转换、立体异构体数目的计算等使学生掌握起来存在一定困难。在化学反应和反应机理中也是常用到立体化学知识,对立体化学知识进行总结是非常有必要的。为此,本文从结构表达式、构型标记、立体异构体数目方面进行归纳,以使学生系统掌握并能灵活应用相关立体化学知识。
Stereochemistry knowledge in organic chemistry is the focus and difficulties. Many organic molecules have a three-dimensional structure, including the configuration and conformation. The nomenclature, conversion, and stereo- isomerism number of configuration is difficulty for the students. Chemical reaction and reaction mechanism is also related to stereochemistry knowledge. Therefore, it is very necessary to summary comprehensive stereochemistry knowledge. The structural formula, nomenclature, and stereo-isomerism number were summarized in order to enable students to master the system and can be flexibly applied knowledge stereochemistry.
