The Importance of Design Document Quality to EPC Project

介绍了作者参与的一某50万吨/年工程塑料项目中公用工程部分的EPC总承包项目。作者参加了该项目的部分设计工作,项目后期进驻到施工现场参加了现场服务工作,通过对在现场服务期间由项目现场各参与方在施工过程中发现的有关设计文件或图纸的质量问题进行归纳总结,最后得出对于EPC项目而言设计文件质量对项目具有极其重要的作用。

A presentation on one utilities EPC project of a 50 thousands per year engineering plastic project was introduced. The design work and field service work were carried out, and the quality problems found in designing documents and drawings by the whole participates during the field construction were summarized. It was concluded that the quality of designing documents and drawings was highly essential to EPC Project.
