摘要
利用不同浓度PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫的方法,对白沙蒿(Artemisia sphaerocephalla)、黑沙蒿(A.ordosica)、乌丹蒿(A.wudanica)、差不嘎蒿(A.halodendron)、褐沙蒿(A.intramongolica)种子萌发抗旱性进行研究。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫浓度的增加,5种植物的相对发芽率、相对发芽指数、相对发芽势、抗旱指数均降低。通过隶属函数综合评价,5种植物的抗旱性顺序为乌丹蒿>差不嘎蒿>黑沙蒿>褐沙蒿>白沙蒿。
The experiment was conducted to estimate the seed drought tolerance in Artemisia sphaerocephaUa, A. Ordosica, A. wudanica, A. halodendron and A. intramongolica by simulated drought stress with different concentrations of PEG-6000. The results showed that the germination index, relative germination rate, relative germination potential and drought resistance index were decreased with increasing concentrations of PEG- 6000. According to the above four indicators, with subordinate function, the drought tolerance sequence of five experimental materials from high to low was :A. wudanica 〉 A. halodendron 〉 A. ordosica 〉 A. inteamongolica 〉 A. sphaerocephalla.
