摘要
根据天津市和平区特殊地理位置和监测点位周边的具体情况,分析了2010年至2014年上半年期间PM10、SO2、NO23种主要污染物浓度变化情况。监测数据显示,近5年天津市和平区大气PM10的年均浓度分别为0.102 mg/m3、0.096 mg/m3、0.104 mg/m3、0.138 mg/m3、0.147 mg/m3;SO2的年均浓度分别为0.060 mg/m3、0.052 mg/m3、0.051 mg/m3、0.064 mg/m3、0.082 mg/m3;NO2的年均浓度分别为0.040 mg/m3、0.046 mg/m3、0.045 mg/m3、0.049 mg/m3、0.058 mg/m3。数据分析表明,近年来天津市和平区大气污染物呈现出加重趋势。同时分析了空气污染的特征和具体影响因素,探讨了造成近年空气质量较差的主要原因,并针对污染情况提出了加强环境监管、严格环境准入、多部门联合执法、建立长效机制等治理预防措施。
In this paper, according to the special geographical position of the Heping District in Tianjin and the specific situation of nearby monitoring points, the concentrations of PM10, SO2 and NO2 were analyzed from 2010 to the first half of 2014. Monitoring data showed that in the past five years the annual average concentrations of PM10 were 0.102 mg/m3, 0.096 mg/m3, 0.104 mg/m3, 0.138 mg/m3 and 0.147 mg/m3, respeictively. The annual average concentrations of SO2 were 0.060 mg/m3, 0.052 mg/m3, 0.051 mg/m3, 0.064 mg/m3 and 0.082 mg/m3, respectively. The annual average concentrations of NO2 were 0.040 mg/m3, 0.046 mg/m3, 0.045 mg/m3, 0.049 mg/m3 and 0.058 mg/m3, respectively. By analyzing and comparing these data, these three kinds of pollutants were in an increasing trend in the past five years. The characteristics of air pollution and the specific influence factors were analyzed to find the cause of poor air quality in the Heping District in the past five years. And the preliminary governance prevention measures were proposed to solve the problem of pollution by strengthening environmental regulation, restricting environmental access, muhi-sectoral joint law enforcement, and establishing a long-term mechanism, etc.
