摘要
为满足航天天线在不同温度条件下展开各项试验研究的要求,设计一种高低温空间环境模拟测试系统。运用图像技术、计算机技术及控制技术等,分别从硬件和软件设计2方面进行测控系统结构设计,并针对系统设计过程当中遇到的困难,就温度控制和切换、串口通信等关键问题进行讨论。实践结果证明:该系统的响应速度较快,控制精度以及串口通信误码率等均符合要求,能很好满足数据采集及温度控制的要求。
For the test requirements of the aircraft antenna carry out test under different temperature conditions, design the high/low temperature space environment simulation system. Use image technology, computer technology and control technology and so on, carry out measurement and control system structure design from hardware and software design. Aiming at the difficulties in system designing, discuses key problems of temperature control and switch, serial communication. The practice result shows that the system has fast response speed, control precision and serial communication error code rate meet requirements. And it satisfies data collection and temperature control requirement.
