摘要
以UG 6.0软件作为辅助设计工具,介绍了水壶盖塑料模具的数控加工过程。分析了实际生产中的水壶盖模具模板材料,利用UG三维设计软件,对水壶盖模具零件进行了建模,建立了三维产品图及装配图,分析了模具零件的结构及工艺特点,进行了数控加工工艺分析,采用合理的加工工艺方案,完成了数控加工工序规程设计,并编制了数控加工工序卡,对数控刀具选用和刀具走刀路线做了分析说明,最后通过自动编程输出了加工程序。
Mainly introduced the NC machining processing of kettle cap plastic mould by using UG 6.0 software as aux iliary design tool. Analyzed the shuttering of the kettle cap plastic mould in practical manufacturing, used UG 3D software to build models of parts and built 3D product and assembly drawings. The paper also analyzed the structure and technologic features of the parts and the NC processing technology, adopts reasonable machining processing plan, completed the design of processing steps and worked out operation sheet. Finally, analyzed the NC tools and paths and outputted the processing program through automatic programming.
