摘要
耐磨带在套管耐磨承受力中占主导作用,正确选择和使用耐磨带不仅可降低钻杆接头本身磨损,还可有效降低套管磨损。通过在材料牌号为AISI4145H合金钢的5in(1in=25.4mm)加重钻杆上敷焊ARNCO300XTTM耐磨带,对影响耐磨带敷焊参数进行研究,并在原有的工艺上进行参数优化,制定出了更为合理的焊接工艺。实际应用证明优化后的工艺在满足设计要求下保证了焊缝质量并提高了产品合格率。
Hardbanding plays a dominant role in undertaking casing wear and endurance, however, correct selection and application of hardfacing can not only reduce the abrasion of tool joint itself, but also effectively reduce the casing's fray. With ARNCO300XTTM hardbanding overlaying on heavy weight drill pipe by alloy steel material grades for AISI4145H 5 in (1 in=25.4 mm), hardbanding welding parameters were studied and optimized parameters in the original process, finally formulated a more rational welding process, through practical application, optimized technology ensured the welding quality and increased product yield.
