摘要
吊耳弯曲装置是应用于镍阳极浇铸生产线的新型自动化辅助设备,可以替代传统人工的吊耳插置工艺。作为整个辅助设备的核心与关键,对其进行实用性研究是必不可少的。通过多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS对装置进行了contact模块分析,同时基于弹塑性变形理论对装置的关键参数进行了理论分析及优化,有效提高了装置的实用性和经济性。
: The shackle bending device was applied to the nickel anode casting production line of new automation equip- ment to replace the traditional artificial lifting lugs interpolation process. As the core and key of auxiliary equipment, the study of its usefulness is indispensable. The paper has been based on the multi-body dynamics simulation software ADAMS to analyze the contact module, at the same time, based on the theory of elastic-plastic deformation device key parameters for the theoretical analysis and optimization, effectively increased the practical and economical performance of device.
