摘要
针对高强船体结构用钢板因出现裂纹而造成废钢的问题,主要通过研究AH36高强船体结构用钢板的生产工艺流程,同时对试样进行金相分析和成分分析,得到了其常见裂边问题产生的原因,并提出了控制措施。
Focused on the problem of scrap because of steel crack occurring on high strength ship body structure, through studying process of AH36 high strength ship body structure steel, analyzed metallographic and ingredient of the samples including the cause of crack, and provided control measures.
