PACAP基因CC1049A位点遗传多态性及其与淮南麻黄鸡产蛋性能的相关性 被引量:1

Genetic Polymorphism of PACAP Gene at C1049A Site and Its Association with Laying Performance of Huainan Partridge Chicken

摘要 试验以淮南麻黄鸡、五华鸡、淮北麻鸡和皖南三黄鸡为研究对象,利用PCR-SSCP技术和DNA测序技术对4个地方鸡品种PACAP基因遗传多态性进行了检测,并对PACAP基因的多态位点与淮南麻黄鸡部分产蛋性状进行相关分析。结果表明,PACAP基因第1049 bp处存在C→A突变位点,该位点在4个地方鸡群体中的基因频率和基因型频率分布差异不大。4个地方鸡群体在C1049A位点处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态,均表现为中度多态性。相关分析结果表明,PACAP基因C1049A位点基因多态性与淮南麻黄鸡30周龄蛋重和蛋白高度显著相关(P<0.05),AA基因型30周龄蛋重和蛋白高度显著高于CC基因型(P<0.05)。 The genetic variations of PACAP gene of Huainan partridge chicken, Wuhua chicken, Huaibei partridge chicken and Wannan sanhuang chicken were detected by PCR-SSCP technique and DNA sequencing, and the relationship between PACAP gene and laying performance of Huainan partridge chicken were analyzed.The results showed that a mutation of C to A was found at 1049 site of PACAP gene. The genotype frequencies and allele frequencies in the four domesticbreeds varied similarly. The four populations were at Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium at C1049A site and were moderate polymorphism. Significant effects of C1049A of PACAP gene on egg weight and albumen height at 30th week were observed in Huainan partridge chicken (P〈0.05). The chickens with AA genotype had higher egg weight and albumen height at 30th week than those of CC genotype (P〈0.05).
