低蛋白饲粮中添加益生素对蛋雏鸡生长性能及营养物质利用率的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究旨在探讨在低蛋白饲粮中添加益生素对蛋雏鸡早期生长和营养物质利用率的影响。选取1日龄健康麻黄鸡36只,采用单因素随机试验设计,试验设2个处理,每个处理3个重复。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂低蛋白饲粮(比对照组低1.48%)并添加0.2%益生素,试验期为28 d。结果表明:整个试验期间,与对照组相比,试验组粗脂肪的表观利用率提高了7.34%(P=0.04),具有提高蛋雏鸡营养物质表观利用率,降低日采食量和料肉比及N、Ca、P排泄量的趋势(P>0.05)。 The object of this study was to investigate the effects of probiotics on growth performance and nutrient digestibility of layers in low-protein diet. A total of 36 one-day-age partridge chicks were randomly allotted to two groups with three repeats in each group. The chicks in control group were fed basal diet with 18.00% protein and the trial group were fed low-protein diet (16.52% protein)supplemented with 0.2% probioties in 28-day trial period. The results showed that during the experimental period,compared to the control group,the ether extract (EE)apparent nutrient digestibility rate in the trail group was significantly increased (P〈0.05). And for layers,the low-protein diet supplemented with0.2% probiotics could improve nutrient availability,and reduce the feed intake and excretion of N,Ca,P(P〉0.05).
