宁夏涉农科研单位农业科技成果转化现状及对策研究

Studies on Current Situation of Transformation of Agricultural Science and Technology Achievements of Agricultural Scientific Research Units in Ningxia and Countermeasures

农业科技成果转化是推动农业科技创新发展的关键环节。宁夏涉农科研单位承担完成并登记的农业科技成果数量占全区比例已由53.85%增长到67.50%,但是受专项经费投入不足且结构不合理、转化机制有待完善等因素影响,承担的科技成果转化专项数仅占全区的3.13%,涉农科研单位的成果转化作用没有得到充分发挥。文章基于对涉农科研单位(大学)农业科技成果转化问卷调查的分析,探讨了宁夏涉农科研单位农业科技成果转化现状、主要转化模式及存在的问题,提出了加大农业科技成果转化的资金投入、加强农业科研单位和农技部门的联系和合作、提高科研人员成果转化的积极性等促进农业科技成果转化的对策建议。

Transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements is the key step to promote the development of agricultural science and technology innovation. In recent years, achievements produced and registered by Ningxia agricultural scientific research units have increased from 53.85% to 67.5%, but transformation programs were 3.13% of the total, owing to insufficient funds and unreasonable structure, as well as inflexible transformation mechanism. Based on a questionnaire survey, present situation, patterns and problems of achievements transformation of Ningxia agricultural scientific research units were analyzed in depth in the paper. Countermeasures were put forward, such as increasing investment, strengthening the cooperation between institutions of agricultural scientific research and agricultural technology extension department, mobilizing the enthusiasm of researchers for achievements transformation.
