软件仿真相对于硬件实验可以极大地提高设计效率,节约设计成本,对于项目的设计成功与否有着重大意义。抗辐照仿真模拟技术可以通过建立的辐照参数模型,在电路设计过程中通过仿真技术计算电路的抗辐照能力,是抗辐照芯片设计中保证设计可靠性的有效手段之一。
Comparing with the hardware test, the software simulation which is important to successfully design the project can improve design efficiency and save design cost.The anti -irradiation simulation technology can get the anti -irradiation capability of circuit during the whole design process, depending on irradiation parameter models.It is a valid method to guarantee design reliability in design of anti -irradiation device.
