摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯腈(AN)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯(2-EHA)为共聚单体,PGM-600为功能性单体,双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)、己二酰肼(ADH)、丙烯酸(AA)为复合交联剂,乳化剂NPS-68和OP-10为乳化体系;采用乳液聚合方法制备出环保型真空镀铝转移纸用复合胶粘剂。实验结果表明,采用NPS-68为主乳化剂,乳液的稳定性能好,并可制备出细粒径纳米乳液(粒径<130 nm)。添加功能性单体PGM-600,在共聚物分子链端接枝磷酸酯官能团,增强了复合胶对镀铝材料的粘附性。选用DAAM/ADH/AA作为乳液的共聚交联剂,通过控制聚合物的交联密度及柔韧性,提高了铜版纸与真空镀铝材料的复合牢度及耐折叠性能,可满足使用要求。
With methyl methacrylate(MMA), acrylonitrile(AN), butyl acrylate(BA) and 2-ethyl hexyl acrylate as the commoner, PGM-600 as the functional monomer, diacetone acrylamide(DAAM), adipic dihydrazide(ADH) and acrylic acid (AA) as the combined crosslinker, NPS-68 and OP-10 as the emulsifier system, a environment friendly laminating adhesive for the vacuum aluminum transfer paper was prepared by emulsion polymerization. The experiment results showed that using NPS-68 as the main emulsifier the obtained emulsion had good stability and contained fine nano- particles(particle size less than 130 nm).Adding the functional monomer PGM-600, the phosphate groups were terminated on the copolymer molecules and the adhesion of the laminating adhesive to the aluminum-plated material was enhanced.Using DAAM/ADH/AA as the combined crosslinker and controlling the crossliking density and flexibility of the copolymer, the fastness and folding performance of the laminate of coated paper and vacuum aluminum-plated material were improved and the use requirements can be met.
