摘要
通过DSR试验,对3种沥青胶结料(70号基质沥青、ZQ-2和ECB高模量改性沥青)的高温性能进行了研究。从流变模型与试验数据分析了车辙因子G*(sinδ)-1评价改性沥青高温性能的不足,运用改进型车辙因子G*(sinδ)-9和等抗车辙因子临界温度评价高模量改性沥青的抗车辙能力,并通过沥青混合料的车辙试验和静态蠕变对改进型车辙因子的有效性和相关性进行了验证。结果表明:ZQ-2高模量改性沥青的高温性能优于ECB;G*(sinδ)-9考虑了高模量改性沥青变形的延迟弹性,且与沥青混合料的高温性能指标相关性高,作为高模量改性沥青的高温评价指标更合理。
This study investigates the high temperature performance of three types of asphalt binders (70 # basic asphalt, high modulus asphalt modified by ZQ-2 and ECB) through DSR tests. The limitation of rutting factor G^* (sin3)-1 as a high temperature performance evaluation index of asphalt is discussed in terms of rheological model and test results. Then the rutting resistance of high modulus modified asphalt is evaluated by modified rutting factor G^* (sinδ)^-9 and critical temperature. The effectiveness and correlation of G^* (sinδ)^-9 are also validated by rutting test and static creep test of asphalt mixture, The results show that the high temperature performance of ZQ-2 modified asphalt is superior to ECB. As a high temperature performance evaluation index of asphalt G^* (sinδ)^-9 is more reasonable, for it considers delay elasticity of high modulus asphalt deformation and has a high correlation with high temperature performance of asphalt mixture.
