摘要
废玻璃沥青混凝土是一种新型的节能路面材料,但玻璃的掺加使沥青混合料的黏结性能劣化。为提高其性能并扩展其应用范围,将消石灰以两种方法(消石灰等量取代矿粉和消石灰预先与沥青拌和)掺入玻璃沥青混凝土中,研究其对玻璃沥青混合料的益化作用。研究得出:综合比较1.5%掺量对于混合料性能提高比较理想;等量取代矿粉能提高玻璃沥青混合料的水稳定性;预先将消石灰与沥青拌和虽然对低温性能无改善,但能显著提高混合料的高温性能,适用于高温少雨地区。
Adding glass will make the cohesion property of HMX worse, and instead the performance of conventional HMX is usually improved by the means of adding limestone. In this article, the effect of two different patterns of adding limestone is compared. The test reveals that. 1. 5% fraction on mass (limestone) can improve the overall performance of mix' with respect to mixing the limestone with asphalt in advance, the water stability of concrete increases more, if the mineral power is replaced by equivalent;although it can't improve the mixture's low temperature performance, mixing the limestone with asphalt in advance can significantly improve the high temperature performance, which can be used in high temperature region with rare rainfall.
