富镍导电涂层耐腐蚀性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 在高黏度丙烯酸树脂涂料中加入消泡剂、增塑剂、镍粉等,制备出具有导电功能的防腐涂料。通过测试涂层表面接触电阻来表征涂层的导电性。采用电化学阻抗谱、Tafel极化曲线和扫描电镜(SEM)等方法,研究了镍粉的含量与涂层耐腐蚀性能的关系。结果表明:镍粉的填充量越大,涂料的导电性越好,耐腐蚀性能越差。在所研究的体系中,镍粉的含量在20%左右时,涂层具有较好的导电性能和耐腐蚀性能。 The conductive and anticorrosive coatings were prepared by adding defoamer, plasticizer and nickel powder, etc. to the acrylic resin coatings with high viscosity. The electri- cal conductivity of the coating is characterized by testing its Surface contact resistance. The in- fluence of nickel powder content on anticorrosive performance of the coatings was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, Tafel polarization and scanning electron microscopy. The results indicated that an increase of the nickel powder content might increase the electrical conductivity of the coatings, but decrease the corrosion resistance. Furthermore, the coatings showed the balanced electrical conductivity and anticorrosive performance when the nickelpowder content was about 20%.
