摘要
聚丙烯(PP)基材因具有低极性、低表面张力、高结晶性及弱边界效应等特点而使涂料难以附着。本文介绍了近年来国内外针对PP基材无卤附着树脂的研究成果,主要包括聚烯烃树脂、聚丙烯酸(酯)树脂以及水性树脂,总结了树脂的附着机理及应用状况,并对PP基材直涂涂料的发展前景进行了展望。
It is difficult to adhere directly on the surface of the polypropylene substrate due to its drawbacks such as low polarity, low surface tension, high crystallization and weak boundary effect. This article reviews the recent development of research progress on halogen- free resins adhesion to PP substrate, including polyolefin resins, polyacrylate resions, water- borne resins etc. The attachment mechanism and applications of various types of resins are summed up. Besides, the frontal trends and prospects of developing direct-plated coatings for the PP substrate are discussed in the paper.
