躯体形式障碍患者的人格障碍倾向调查

Survey of personality disorder tendencies in patients with somatoform disorders

目的:探讨躯体形式障碍(SD)患者的人格障碍倾向。方法:对64例SD患者(SD组)和52名正常对照者(NC组)进行人格诊断问卷(PDQ-4)评估和比较。结果:SD组中,人格障碍筛查阳性为37例(57.81%),介于阳性与阴性间10例(15.6%);以C组人格障碍类型中的强迫型最常见。NC组中,人格障碍筛查阳性4例(7.7%),介于阳性与阴性间4例(7.7%)。SD组人格障碍筛查阳性率显著高于NC组(χ2=31.54,P<0.001)。结论:SD患者人格障碍筛查阳性率较高,提示人格特质异常可能与SD的发病机制密切相关。

Objective： To investigate the personality disorder tendency in patients with somatoform disorders（ SD）. Method： Sixty-four outpatients with SD（ SD group） and 52 normal controls（ NC group） were assessed by personality diagnostic questionnaire（ PDQ-4）,and the results were analyzed. Results： In the SD group,the positive of personality disorders screening was 37 cases（ 57. 81%）,between the positive and negative was 10 cases（ 15. 6%）; and the most frequent of subtypes of personality disorder was the obsessive-compulsive of Cluster C. In the NC group,there were 4 cases of positive of personality disorders screening,between the positive and negative was 4 cases（ 15. 6%） too. The positive rate in the SD group was significantly higher than the NC group（ χ^2= 31. 54,P〈0. 001）. Conclusion： SD patients have a high tendency for personality disorders. This suggests that abnormal personality characteristics may be related to the etiology of SD.
