预应力混凝土弧形箱梁预应力损失的质量控制

摘要 预应力混凝土张拉施工中导致预应力损失的原因很多,且大部分因素是相互影响的,所以准确计算预应力的各项损失值是一项复杂的工作。结合昆山市中环快速化改造工程张家港大桥预应力混凝土弧形箱梁施工实例,通过对预应力进行检测并和理论值比较,准确地估算出在施工过程中的预应力损失值,并采取相应的减少预应力损失的措施,合理地配置预应力筋,确保了桥梁结构的安全。 There are many reasons for the prestress loss in tensioning of the prestressed concrete, and most of these factors are mutually-influential, therefore, the accurate calculation of prestress loss value is a complicated work. Combined with the construction of Zhangjiagang bridge prestressed concrete curved box girder for Kunshan city middle ring expressway reconstruction project, we detect the prestress and have it compared with the theoretical value, we accurately estimate the prestress loss value dudng the construction so as to take corresponding measures for reducing the prestress loss and we have the prestressed reinforcement reasonably prepared so as to ensure the structural safety of the bridge.
