摘要
常州市城北污水处理厂泵房工程需要在饱和砂性土层中进行深基坑施工,且其周边存在大量既有建(构)筑物,一旦处理不当,极易发生安全事故。因此,针对饱和砂性土胶结作用不明显以及场地地下管线复杂的特点,采用人工造浆方法对土体进行改善,不仅确保了工程质量,同时又减少了对现有建筑物的影响。该方法值得借鉴。
The deep foundation pit construction of sewage treatment plant pump room project need to be carried on in saturated sand soil layer in North Changzhou. The construction site is surrounded by a large number of existing buildings, and once it is dealt with improperly, safety accidents may happen easily. Therefore, in view of the inconspicuous cementation of saturated sand soil and the characteristics of its complicated underground pipeline, the method of artificial slurry is adopted to improve the soil, which not only ensure the project quality, but also reduce the impact on existing buildings. The method is worth using for reference.
