摘要
为了开发集阻燃、抗静电和防电磁辐射功能于一体的复合功能性面料,采用聚苯硫醚纤维与不锈钢纤维进行混纺。选取粗纱捻度、细纱机隔距块、细纱机后区牵伸倍数为因素设计了正交实验,对成纱捻度、百米质量、毛羽性能进行了测试,并对成纱强力结果进行了方差分析,选出最优工艺方案,为后续功能性面料的生产做准备。
In order to develop a kind of functional composite fabric wbieh is effectively flame retardant, antistatic and electromagnetic shielding, blended spinning processing of stainless steel fiber and PPS fiber is designed. Roving twist, spacing block gauge of the spinning frame and draft multiple in back zone are selected as affecting factors in orthogonal experiment. Then yarn twist, hundreds of meters weight, hairiness are tested, and the formed yarn strengths are investigated to select the optimal process, preparing for next processing of the fabric.
