摘要
从理论上分析了织物特性对其热湿传递性能的影响,并通过实验验证了理论的正确性。结果表明,织物结构和纤维物理、化学性能均影响织物的热湿传递性能。一般,织物的热阻、透气性及水汽传递速率主要受织物结构的影响,比如织物厚度、孔隙率等;而液态湿传递主要取决于纤维的物理和化学性能;同时,织物结构对液态水的传递也有一定的影响。
The influence of fabric property on thermal and moisture transmitting performances is analyzed theoractically and validated through experiment. The result shows that the fabric structure and fiber physical and chemical properties affect its thermal and moisture transmitting performances. Generally, the thermal resistance, breathability and moisture transmitting velocity such as thickness and hole rate etc are mainly effected by fabric structure, however, water transmitting performance depends mainly on fiber physical and chemical properties. The fabric structure also affects its water transmitting property.
