摘要
耗氧量是评价羽绒安全卫生性能的重要指标之一。详细比较了国内外现行相关标准中羽绒耗氧量测试方法和评价指标的异同,结果表明:在测试样液的制备过程中,欧洲标准规定的振荡条件可以对羽绒进行最充分的冲洗;日本标准规定的单份羽绒取用量和两份总取用量最少;0.02 mol/L的高锰酸钾溶液是国内外标准中选用的主流测试浓度,其测试精确度优于选用0.1 mol/L的高锰酸钾溶液;日本标准对羽绒耗氧量的评价指标要求最为严格,欧洲标准对羽绒耗氧量的评价指标则相对宽松,但分档较细。
Oxygen number is an important indicator for the assessment of safety and hygiene performance of down. Testing methods and requirements of oxygen number from different standards are compared in detail. The results show that: down sample is flushed more effectively according to the shaking requirements in European standard ; the quantity of down sample used for testing is the least according to Japanese standard, 0.02mol/L KMnO4 is used more commonly in test at home and abroad than 0.1 mol/L KMnO4 and the testing results are more precisely with 0.02 moL/L KMnO4 ; Japanese requirement of oxygen number is the most strict according to its standard and European requirement is undemanding but detailed.
