摘要 设计了一种基于平行梳理原理的回转钳板式精梳机,为实现钳板对给棉罗拉输出的纤维须丛头端准确且高效地夹取、转移和释放,并可调节其夹持长度的工艺要求,设计出由几种机构组合而成的钳板运动机构。该钳板机构在锡林给定角度范围内作周向等幅摆动和径向伸缩运动,具有大开口、快启闭、等摆幅、变伸缩的特点,可满足回转钳板精梳机的工艺和运动要求。 In order to meet process requirements that the nippers clamp, transfer and release and length adjustment on the fiber bundle head feeding from the feed roller can work accurately and efficiently in a combing machine, several nipper mechanisms are designed. This nipper motion mechanism can swing along the cylinder circumferential direction and move back and forth along the cylinder radial direction. It has the characteristics of large opening, fast opening and closing, equal pendulum amplitude and variable back and forth displacement. It can meet the requirements of the rotary comber' s process and movement.
