大型燃煤发电机组汽动引风机控制方案设计

摘要 大型燃煤发电机组锅炉常规采用电动引风机。汽动引风机能够大幅提高引风机的运行效率。结合某1000 MW超超临界燃煤发电机组锅炉汽动引风机改造工程,讨论了采用汽动引风机的优缺点,介绍了汽动引风机改造相关工艺系统及设备,分析了汽动引风机的运行模式,提出了相关的调节、联锁与保护控制需求以及仪表和控制系统设计方案。该方案现已顺利完成安装、调试并投入运行,完全能够满足机组实际生产运行的需要。 Very common, in large-scale coal-fired power generation units, the electric induced draft ( ID ) fans are used for boiler. While it is found that the steam driven ID fans can greatly improve the operating efficiency of the fans. With the retrofit project of ID fans in certain 1 000 MW ultra super critical coal-fired power generation unit as example, the advantages and disadvantages of the steam driven ID fans are discussed, and relevant technological system and equipment of the retrofit project are introduced. The operation mode of the steam driven ID fans are analyzed, and the related control demands for regulation, interlock and protection, as well as the design strategy of I&C control system are proposed. The installation, commissioning of the strategy have been completed and the system has been put into operation, the design meets the requirements of practical production operation.
