摘要
海阳核电厂AP1000机组控制系统采用数字化仪控系统Ovation平台,由于Ovation仪控系统设计、供货滞后,在海阳AP10001#机组首次220kV倒送电时,正式的DCS系统还不可用。为了满足对倒送电过程的监视需要,海阳核电厂采用移动测试站(MTS)来实现对220kV倒送电过程的监视。通过分析移动测试站用于220kV倒送电的设计、调试以及投用过程,证明采用临时DCS网络实现对倒送电过程监视是可行的.为后续APl000核电厂220kV倒送电的监视方法提供了借鉴和参考。
The digital I&C system, Ovation platform had been selected for AP1000 control system in Haiyang Nuclear Power Plant, but because of the delay of design and delivery of Ovation, the I)CS was not available during 220 kV energization stage of the 1# unit. In order to meet the requirement of monitoring the process of initial energization, the temporary measure using mobile test station (MTS) was adopted in the plant. Through analyzing the procedures of design, commissioning and operation of MTS for monitoring 220 kV energization, the feasibility of using temporary DCS network to implement monitoring of energization was verified. It provided useful reference for the monitoring methods of 220 kV energization in AP1000 nuclear power plants.
