摘要
采用柠檬酸三钠作无磷助剂,成功替代了三聚磷酸钠,配方中柠檬酸还具有杀菌除臭功能,可与含硫、氨等臭源发生中和反应生成不臭物质同时起到消除细菌微生物的作用。将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺(6501)两种表面活性剂与磺酸以不同比例进行复配,根据改变原料配比制得不同比例的样品,通过对样品的稳定性,p H值、泡沫性、黏度等性能进行测试来探讨活性物与磺酸之间最佳比例,最终得到性质稳定、温和不伤手、泡沫性良好、黏度高并且洗涤效果好的洗涤剂配方。
Using sodium citrate as phosphate - free build, the sodium tripolyphate was successfully replaced. The citric acid also had bactericidal deodorant function, and reacted with sulfer and ammonia neutralization to generate smelly source occurs in the material. It had the effect of eliminating microbes. The fatty alcohol polyxyethylene ether sodium sulfate(AES) and coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide(6501 ) and sulfonic acid were mixed in different proportions. Based on the sample test of stability, pH value, foam properties and viscosity, the best proportion between active matter and sulfonic acid was determined. Ultimately the detergent formula was got.
