摘要
文章介绍了沼气工程中的保温方式、保温结构和保温材料,设计了发酵池的保温系统,对部分材料进行了热物理性质参数测定,计算出单个池体实际散热量。在该保温系统下,单个池体的总散热量由56.45 MJ·d-1降低到9.33 MJ·d-1。通过经济分析,该保温系统的年费用为383.06元;在不考虑沼气锅炉的维修费、年折旧费、热损失等大额费用的情况下,增温设备每年在发酵池散热损失花费需429.39元,可见,该发酵池的保温系统具有较高的经济效益,并进行了保温效果试验验证。
A insulation system was designed for a biogas project based on the thermal insulation and energy saving. The thermo-physical parameters of thermal insulation material were determined,and the actual heat dissipation of unit digester was calculated. The results showed that the total heat lose was reduced from 56. 45MJ·d^-1 to 9. 33MJ·d^-1 under the designed insulation system. The economic analysis showed that the annual total costs of this thermal insulation system were just 383 yuan. In contrary,the calefacient device will cost 429 yuan to satisfy the heat losses.
