摘要
文章研究分析了崔各庄乡人粪沼气工程的运行效果,跟踪监测了其进出料性质和产气量。结果表明:以人粪为原料的沼气工程技术可行,能够实现旱厕粪便的资源化、无害化处理。沼气工程进料TS浓度不宜过高,维持在3.0%~3.5%之间,TS降解率为77.85%,COD去除率为78.79%,进料负荷为25.0 kg·m^-3d^-1±2.78 kg·m^-3d^-1时其平均单位TS产气量为543.59 mL·g^-1。在沼气工程运行中,进料浓度的调配、菌种的耐受驯化以及p H值和氨氮浓度等发酵环境参数的监测与调控对于人粪沼气工程的长期稳定运行具有重要作用。
In this study,the operation performance of the human manure biogas project in Cui Gezhuang Village,Chaoyang district,was analyzed. The characters of influent and effluent,the biogas yield,were monitored. The results indicated that biogas plant using human manure was a feasible technology,which could achieve harmless utilization of human manure from aqua privy. The feeding concentration should not be too high,about 3. 0% ~ 3. 5% TS. The TS degradation rate and COD removal rate was 77. 85% and 78. 79%,respectively. The average biogas production was 543. 59 mL·g^-1 TS at the feeding load of 25. 0 kg·m^-3d^-1± 2. 78 kg·m^-3d^-1. For human manure biogas project,it is important to formulate the feeding,acclimate the bacteria,monitor and regulate the p H and ammonia nitrogen concentration,and etc.
