酒中农药残留检测样品前处理方法的研究进展

Research Progress in the Pretreatment Methods of Liquor Samples for Pesticide Residue Determination

酒类农药残留安全问题受到广泛关注,检测技术是控制农药残留的有效手段,有效的检测方法建立在良好的样品前处理基础上。综述了酒类农药残留检测方法中常用的样品前处理方法的研究进展,包括液液萃取(LLE)、固相萃取(SPE)、固相微萃取(SPME)、分散固相萃取(d-SPE)以及液液萃取与固相萃取的联合使用方法(LLE-SPE),以期为酒类农残检测提供参考。

The safety of pesticides residue in liquor has received extensive attention nowadays. The measuring techniques are the effective mea-sures for scientific control of pesticide residue. However, the adequate measurement of pesticide residue is based on satisfactory pretreatment of liquor samples. In this paper, the research progress in the commonly-used pretreatment methods including LLE, SPE, SPME, d-SPE and LLE-SPE were reviewed, which provided useful reference for the measurement of pesticide residue in liquor samples.
