摘要
由于IEC 62305雷电灾害风险评估标准的风险允许值并不完全适合我国国情,故在运用IEC 62305进行雷电灾害风险评估时应结合我国地域性特点,按照ALARP(As Low As Reasonably Practicable)原则,推导出更加合理的雷电灾害风险可接受标准。通过对重庆地区多年来新建项目的雷电灾害风险进行统计分析,结合实际雷电灾害人员伤亡的调查情况,给出建议的风险允许值。
Owing to different practical conditions, the allowable values of risk in European codes for lightning disaster risk assessment are not completely suitable for current situations in China when using IEC 62305 to assess the risk of lightning disaster. More reasonable acceptable standard for risk assessment of lightning disaster should be formulated based on regional characteristics in China and the principle ALARP(as low as reasonably practicable).The paper suggests the allowable value of risk according to the statistical analysis on risk of lightning disaster of newly-built project in Chongqing over the years and the investigation on casualties due to lightning disaster.
