摘要
该文通过对德国联邦政府推出的"多代屋"项目较为系统的介绍,探究了此项目的背景、成因、发展与操作过程,阐释在德国人口老龄化背景下,该项目中所蕴含的"多代互助"核心理念。同时,分析且讨论了"多代屋"概念在德国所具的现实意义,并揭示其对中国老龄化背景之下社区公共空间构建的启示,提出应基于我国国情,评估与采用"多代屋"的成功经验,建设适用于我国社区的多代互助空间。
In this paper, we comprehensively describe the background, origin, development and present situation of ＂Mehrgenerationenhausern project＂, which is supported by the German Federal Government. And we interpret the ＂multi-generational mutual supporting＂ concept aiming at tackling the aging problem. We also discuss the application of ＂multi-generational centers＂ in Germany providing suggestions for China, which faces the aging problem, on construction of community public space. The multi-generational mutual supporting mode should be built with reference to the experience of ＂multi-generational centers＂ in Germany and match China＇s national conditions.
