青岛市“医养结合”养老模式探索

青岛市已进入人口老龄化城市行列,人口老龄化速度不断加快。长期以来青岛市的老年人是以家庭养老模式为主流,而随着生活水平的提高和医疗技术的发展,该模式已经满足不了当前的养老需求。青岛市于2012年实施的长期医疗护理保险制度开创了国内"医养结合"养老模式的先河,该模式有机地将医疗机构与养老机构结合为一体,实现了医疗资源和养老资源的优化,为老年人的晚年生活质量提供了有力保障。

Qingdao has become an ageing population city with fast extent. For a long time, family pension mode is the mainstream of elderly people in Qingdao. But with the improvement of living standards and medical technology, this model has already couldn＇t satisfy the current pension requirements. The long-term health care insurance system which was carried out in 2012 was the pioneer in Chinese medicine and pension mode. The model organically combines medical institutions and pension institution as a whole, optimizes the medical and endowment resources, provides a powerful guarantee for life quality of old people.
