医药合同研究组织经济伦理问题研究

The research on economical ethic issues of medical contract research organization

结合当前国际医疗服务贸易中合同研究组织(CRO)发展现状,以委托代理理论为基础,分析其中存在的经济伦理问题,包括信息不对称造成委托代理双方的道德风险、知识产权与信息归属风险、临床试验产生的伦理责任分担三个方面。提出建立国际性的行业协会,同时完善发展中国家相关法律和机构的建议。

This paper based on the delegation agency theory, analyzes the economic ethic problems of CRO （Contract Research Organization） and the current situation of CRO business in international medical service trade. Found three economic ethic problems which including delegation and agency moral hazard caused by information asymmetry, intellectual property and information attributable risks, and share of ethic responsibly arose from clinical trials. Finally, it suggested that to establish an international industry association and improve relevant laws and organizations in developing countries.
