摘要
[目的]比较情景模拟联合案例教学法和传统教学法在儿科临床实践中的教学效果。[方法]将昆明医科大学第二临床学院2010级本科临床专业儿科实习生220人随机分成对照组和观察组,观察组采用情景模拟联合案例教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,通过问卷调查、理论考试和临床实践操作能力,比较两组学生的学习情况。[结果]观察组学生理论考试成绩和临床实践操作能力成绩均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。100%的学生喜欢这种教学方式,认为提高了学习兴趣。[结论]情景模拟联合案例教学法能够激发学生学习的兴趣、积极性和主动性,提高学生将理论知识运用于临床实践的能力,提高学习效果、临床思维能力及分析解决问题等综合能力,为学生走向职业岗位奠定了基础。
Objective To compare the effects of two different methods which scenario simulation case and traditional teaching in pediatric clinical practice. Methods 220 pediatric interns of 2010 clinical speciality were randomly divided into the conwast group and observation group. The observation group adopted scenario simulation case teaching method, while the contrast group received traditional method. Compare two group students studying situation by questionnaire, practice ability and examination. Results The test scores and clinical practice ability of students in observation group were significantly better than the contrast group (P 〈0.01). 100% of the students like new method that increases their interest of learning. Conclusions Scenario simulation teaching method can stimulate students 'study interest, enthusiasm and initiative. This teaching method will improve the ability of that theoretical knowledge apply for clinic practice. It can improve learning effect, clinical thinking ability and the comprehensive abilities of analyzing and solving problem, so as to lay the foundation for the future of students move towards their occupation.
