摘要
孔子的人本教育思想,主要表现为四个方面:在教育对象上主张"有教无类",注重公平;在教育内容上,培养才能与完善人格相结合;在教学方法上,因材施教、重视启发、学思结合;在师生关系上,关爱学生、平等和谐。孔子的人本教育思想充分体现了孔子的仁学主张,具有人本哲学的性质。这对解决当今素质教育中出现的重大理论和实践问题有重大意义。
Confucius' humanism education thought mainly displays from four aspects. Re- garding the educational objects, the theory is "making no social distinctions in teaching", name- ly education equality. The teaching content is for both talent training and personality nurturing. As for teaching method, the philosophy is that teaching objects should be set according to the characters of individual student, and achieved by enlightening them and integrating thinking and learning. An equal and harmonious teacher-student relation is preferred. Confucius humanistic education idea is part of his idea of humanity. This is still of great significance for modern edu- cation, especially for solving problems in theory and practice of quality education.
