乳腺X线数字化处理对于疾病诊断的影响研究

目的 探究乳腺X线数字化处理对于疾病诊断的影响。方法选取72例女性患者为研究对象,将患者的乳腺X线片通过医用扫描仪进行数字化处理,并探讨数字化处理后的乳腺X线片对乳腺疾病诊断是否有影响。利用3名放射科医师分别对X线片与数字图像进行评析,将2次的读片结果 ROC进行分析,计算平均Az值和平均差值。结果平均Az值分别为0.922和0.859,而两者平均差值仅为0.063,差异无统计学意义。结论数字化处理后的X线摄影对疾病诊断的影响尚无定论,恰当的数字化方式既能降低误诊、漏诊率,对使用 PACS系统影响效果显著。

Objective To investigate the breast X-ray digital processing effects for disease diagnosis. Methods 72 female patients for the study, the breast X-ray in patients with digitized by medical scanners, and to explore the breast X-ray after the digital processing whether it will affect the diagnosis of breast disease. The use of three radiologists separately and digital X-ray image assessment, the second Read piece ROC results were analyzed to calculate the average value and the average difference Az. Results The mean Az values were 0.922 and 0.859, and both mean difference of only 0.063, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion The impact of X-rays after the digital processing of disease diagnosis is inconclusive, the proper way to both reduce the number ofmisdiagnosis rate, the use of PACS systems significantly affect the results.
