摘要
利用LabVIEW提供的高级信号处理工具包和数字滤波器设计工具包对实测轮轨力应变信号进行处理,内容包括消除基准漂移、去除宽带噪声和提取信号特征等。经过处理后证实:Kaiser窗高通滤波器和WA Detrend VI可以很好地消除信号基准漂移,WA Detrend VI比Kaiser窗高通滤波器效果更好;信号经WA Denoise VI处理后,信号噪声消除效果明显;Multiresolution Analysis VI处理信号后,可以很好地提取信号特征。
Supported by LabV1EW, the Advance Signal Processing Toolkit and the Digital Filter Design Toolkit are used to process the wheel-rail strain signal that measured in wild. The processing includes eliminating baseline drift, reducing wideband noise and extracting signal features. After the processing, it is confirmed that the use of Kaiser Window high-pass filter and WA Detrend VI could effectively eliminate baseline drift, and the latter is better compared to the former. The effect of noise reduction is obvious when the original signal is processed by WA Denoise VI. After the processing of Multiresolution Analysis VI, the signal feature is easier to be extracted.
