摘要
目前,矩形隧道中道床减振垫整体道床的传统施工方法是采用先修筑侧边排水沟再浇筑中间整体道床的施工程序。以郑州地铁1号线道床减振垫整体道床施工为背景,介绍了一种适合矩形隧道中道床减振垫整体道床施工作业的新方法。这种新工法的特点是道床减振垫的铺设先于两侧排水沟,具有施工工装体系简单、效率高及安全可靠等优点。
At present, the traditional slab track construction method of track isolation mat is to follow the construction procedure: the side drainage ditches first and the slab track in the middle of tunnel second. On the background of Zhengzhou Metro Line 1 construction, a new method of slab track construction suitable for the rectangular track isolation mat is introduced. This new method puts the construction of track isolation mat before that of the drainage ditches, and has been verified to have the advantages of simple construction tooling system, high efficiency, safetyand reliability and so on.
