Application of Soft-switch Technology in Urban Rail Transit Communication System

针对城市轨道交通公务电话系统的现状,提出了采用软交换技术实现城市轨道交通公务电话通信的思路和方案。结合城市轨道交通的实际应用,给出了基于软交换技术的公务电话系统架构,对控制中心、车站的设计进行了具体的描述,并在此基础上,讨论了信令及中继容量等的设计。

In line with the present situation of public tele- phone communication system, a scheme using soft-switching technology in urban rail transit public telephone com- munication is proposed. Combined with the practical condition of urban rail transit, the architecture of public telephone system with soft-switch technology, the detailed design of OCC （the operation control center） and metro stations are described. On this basis, the design of signaling and trunk capacity is discussed.
