摘要
建立了有加强环带式输送机传动滚筒有限元模型,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,分析了有加强环和无加强环及不同结构加强环滚筒的应力及变形情况。经反复建模验算后,又得到了一系列不同结构加强环与筒壳最大变形量的对应关系,利用MATLAB拟合了不同结构加强环的变量与筒壳最大位移的函数关系式,通过函数可选取使筒壳变形最小的加强环,并且为加强环的标准化设计提供理论依据和思路。
The finite element model of belt conveyor drum is established. And the stress and deformation of with and without reinforcement ring and different structures of reinforcing ring are analyzed by using finite element analysis software ANSYS. The corresponding relation between the different structures of reinforcing ring and the maximum deformation of drive drum is obtained after modeling and calculation. And the function relation between different structures of reinforcing ring and maximum displacement is fitted by using MATLAB, and the structure of reinforcing ring with minimum displacement can be selected according to the function. The theoretical basis and thought are provided for the standardized design of reinforcing ring of belt conveyor drive drum.
