摘要
针对行星传动系统在使用过程中系统结构复杂、制造精度要求高以及在长距离动力传递过程中局限性较强等问题,根据传统行星齿轮传动的特点,建立一种新型包含皮带传动的行星传动系统,并对其运动学及动力学特性进行建模,最后针对系统主要参数速比、结构尺寸对系统工作特性的影响规律进行研究。研究结果表明,对于后续含皮带传动的行星传动系统设计具有一定指导意义。
For the problem of planetary transmission system that the complex system structure in the course of using, high manufacture precision and limitations strong during long-distance power transmission process. According to the traditional characteristics of the planetary transmission system, a new planetary transmission system includes belt drive is established, and its kinematics and dynamics modeling are carried out. Finally, the impact law of the main parameters of the system of ratio, struc- ture size on the system operating characteristics are studied. Research shows that, a certain guiding significance for the design of belt drive in planetary transmission system is provided.
