基于ANSYS的球体贯穿式组合凸轮轴应力变形分析 被引量:2

摘要 简要说明了球体贯穿式组合凸轮轴联接原理,对比传统一体式凸轮轴的不足,说明新兴组合式凸轮轴具有材料利用率高、联接可靠、满足轻量化节能要求等优点。以某型号一体式凸轮轴为原形,通过合理建模仿真,得到并分析了球体贯穿过程中组合式凸轮轴部分位置应力分布云图,球体贯穿后轴管凸轮接触状态、轴管壁厚减薄量、凸轮变形情况以及摩擦力影响等信息。最后通过实验验证表明扩管所得凸轮轴能够满足发动机实际工况需求,为球体贯穿式组合凸轮轴的设计和加工提供了一定的理论参考依据。 The coupling principle of the ball through assembled camshatt is bneily exptamea, con- trast to the shortages of the traditional one-piece camshaft and the emerging assembled camshaft with advantages of high material utilization, reliable connection and meeting the energy requirements of lightweight, etc is explained. Taking a certain type one-piece camshaft as prototype, the information as part position stress distribution cloud of the assembled camshaft during the ball through process, contact state between shaft tube and cam, wail thickness reduction amount of the shaft tube, cam de- formation, friction influence are gained and analyzed through reasonable modeling and simulation. Fi- nally, the experimental verification shows that the ball through assembled camshaft can meet the de- mand of the engine actual conditions. A certain theoretical reference basis for the design and machining of the ball through assembled camshaft is provided.
