摘要
首先基于CAD中的正时链条系统设计在Enventive中进行再建模,然后通过Enventive对正时链系统凸轮轴相位误差进行公差分析。通过分析正时系统各零部件各相关尺寸对凸轮相位差影响的敏感度与贡献比例,重新调整尺寸链中的重要尺寸公差,达到优化设计的目的。
The remodeling of timing chain system in Enventive is carried out based on original de- sign in CAD system, then the tolerance analysis for timing phase error of cam shaft is analyzed in En- ventive. By analyzing sensitivities and contributions of each element in dimension chain, the tolerances of significant dimension is adjusted to achieve the purpose of optimization design.
