摘要 海面大气波导的折射率剖面反演过程中,电磁波传播损耗的数据模型计算量大及过程复杂,计算时间随传播距离的增加而大大延长,难以适应实际反演过程快速实时的多变环境、效率低下。针对这个问题,对最小二乘支持向量机算法进行改进,简化了高维计算问题,在保证计算复杂度和计算量没有增加的情况下,提高了计算的准确性。仿真实验表明,利用改进的算法对训练模型的训练时间大大降低,与实际结果符合程度好,适用于后续的大气波导折射率剖面反演。 As to the inversion process for atmosphere duct refractive index section on the sea surface, the data model of microwave propagation loss is hard to accommodate the rapid and real-time inversion because it has huge computational amount and complex process, and the computing time extents with the farther distance of propagation. To address this problem, an improved algorithm of least square support veetor machine, which introduces dynamic kernel function, is proposed to simplify high dimension computability and advance computational veracity without adding the computational complexity and computational amount. The simulation experiments show that the improved algorithm has quicker training speed and better degree of coincidence. The model can be used to inverse the atmosphere duct refractive index section.
